Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer
Clare is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Bioactive Natural Health.
Ideally suited to this role because of life experiences, Clare has compiled a distinguished business career with over 30 years experience in business management, specifically in technology project management and business education.
Highly regarded, Clare has a diverse set of industry experiences from her government work, taking on senior management roles at the Australian Taxation Office, Attorney Generals Dept and the Dept of Defence in Canberra, to her extensive experience in the private sector, most notably her position as the senior technology consultant at a large Merchant Bank in London, to working in the Oil and Gas industry as a senior technical consultant at Chevron in Perth.
Clare has been instrumental in managing all aspects of the Khapregesic® on-line business from social media, monitoring analytics to educating practitioners and customer service.
Clare’s inspiration to focus on menstrual challenges started as a teen with the removal of an ovarian cyst the size of a large orange. Later she tried The Pill, however, like many women, Clare found the side effects of The Pill more debilitating and stopped using it.
Struggling on with severe period pain every month for over 30 years, she feels blessed to have given birth to two girls, now in their twenties and integral in bringing the flagship product Khapregesic® to market.
In her role as customer liaison and practitioner trainer Clare, is well equipped to discuss first period issues with teens and their mothers, pain issues with working mothers running busy households, as she is sharing peri and post menopausal life challenges.
Clare now manages a majority female team who drive the Khapregesic® message through personal experiences.
Clare believes that one of the factors holding back the progress of gender equality are the painful complications associated with the menstrual cycle, disabling billions of women around the world every month. Her personal goal is to actively close the gender equality gap via education and natural menstrual pain relief.
Australian NATURAL THERAPIST Journal
Australian Natural Therapists Association reviews Khapregesic®
‘The Natural Therapist’ is the journal of the peak practitioner organisation, the Australian Natural Therapists Association.
TGA approved, the lost traditional medicine plant Khaya senegalensis is profiled for its polyphenol-rich wellness characteristics:
1. High anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving factors to calm an inflamed gut,
2. High antioxidant levels to aid gut-cell repair, and
3. Prebiotics to feed ‘good’ gut-bacteria.
Clinical testing of the Khaya senegalensis formula, Khapregesic® backs up traditional medicine and scientific claims of efficacy for several modern health complaints.
The khaya used in these medicines is Australian Certified Organic and sustainably grown in Australia’s Tropical North, the most pristine agricultural region on earth. All products are 100% processed in Australia under GMP in TGA licensed facilities.
Our purity credentials are impeccable. From the certified organic khaya, Khapregesic® is free from artificial flavouring, colouring, preservatives and any animal by-products making it vegan-friendly. These khaya formulations have also minimised allergic reactions by excluding gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, nuts, and yeast.
