Shipping & Returns
Shipping usually takes 5-10 working days. We use Australia Post with tracking codes. If we have your mobile phone number, we provide this to Australia Post so they can send out tracking details to you. Below are our T&Cs for Shipping:
You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd integrate delivery (the ‘Delivery Services’) through the use of third party delivery companies (the ‘Delivery Service Providers’).
In providing the Purchase Services, Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd trading may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd asks that you: (a) contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and (b) contact us by sending an email to email@example.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refunds are only eligible where your delivery has been damaged or not what you ordered. Below are our T&Cs for Returns and Refunds.
Following payment of the Purchase, you will be issued with a receipt containing your order number and purchase details to confirm that the payment has been received by Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd.
If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit or are not what you ordered, please contact us by e-mail (Team@bioactivenaturalhealth.com.au) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, with your name, address and phone number.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days.. Please note that sending back a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
